The work

Write-up

Corvue gives managed service providers a single pane of glass. Each MSP has its own tenant, where the PSA, RMM, backups, security tools, documentation and Microsoft 365 come together around every customer. AI takes care of the busywork: it triages tickets, matches them to the right customer, summarises finished work and gives technicians a head start on the fix. Corvue runs multi-region on Azure, built in C#, .NET and Blazor, with OpenAI powering the AI.

One view of every customer

  • PSA sync from ConnectWise, Halo or Autotask brings in companies, contacts, tickets, agreements and projects.
  • A company record that has everything. Contacts, agreements, devices, tickets, notes, files, assessments and a tab for every connected tool, laid out as pods each team can arrange to suit how they work.
  • A staff dashboard that leads with what needs you: failing backup checks, overdue actions and the week’s meetings, alongside tickets, revenue, pipeline and AI credit usage.

Integrations

Corvue connects to the tools an MSP already pays for, and maps each provider’s customers to the right company automatically, one-to-one or many-to-one, with an override to force mapping on or off across the whole tenant. Current connectors include:

  • Monitoring and management: Datto RMM, N-central, Domotz
  • Backup: Cove, CheckCentral, Wasabi
  • Security: ThreatLocker, Todyl, Huntress, Inforcer, uSecure, PowerDMARC
  • Documentation: IT Glue and Hudu
  • Microsoft 365: users, licensing, Secure Score and Intune
  • Customer and marketing: SmileBack for CSAT and NPS, Mailchimp for role-targeted audiences, MetaName for domains

Operations, with AI doing the triage

  • AI triage. New tickets are read and given suggested fields such as title, summary and type, each with a confidence score and an explanation. Suggestions above the auto-apply threshold are written back automatically, and the rest wait in a review queue for a person to approve.
  • Company matching. Tickets that land under a catch-all company are matched to the right customer, ready for a quick approval.
  • Ticket summaries. Completed tickets get a clean summary written back to the PSA, with automation rules for auto-closing.
  • Ticket hygiene. Stale tickets, ownership gaps, SLA risk and technician watchlists are surfaced from notes and PSA activity.
  • AI Technician. After triage, it reads the customer’s documentation in IT Glue and Hudu, looks up the problem and hands the technician likely causes and fixes, before they’ve even opened the ticket.

vCIO, assessments and risk

Run assessments scored across hardware, software, security, continuity, policy and strategy. Track risk and recommendations through to completion, schedule business reviews and produce vCIO reports that customers can see in their portal.

Account management and analytics

  • Account management keeps each customer relationship on track, with actions and follow-ups in one place.
  • Customer analytics scans touchpoints across every customer and scores sentiment, so you can see who’s happy, who’s quiet and who’s heading for trouble before it turns up in a renewal conversation.

Contracts and quoting

  • A full contract system. Import existing contracts straight from Word, then manage them as structured sections instead of one long document.
  • Dual sign-off. A contract needs two sign-offs before it goes live.
  • Renewals are handled in the same place, with CPI adjustments built in.
  • Quoting with revision control. Every quote keeps its full history, so each change between versions is tracked.

Business intelligence and reporting

  • Revenue intelligence breaks agreement revenue into existing, new, increased and decreased, by month, quarter or year.
  • Company growth, product revenue and account profitability show which customers and services actually make money.
  • Full reporting, financials included.

A customer portal, inside Microsoft Teams too

Customers get their own portal: raise a problem or a request, follow their tickets, search the knowledge base, and see their assessments, vCIO reports and IT roadmap. It’s branded as the MSP and integrated with Microsoft Teams, so customers can get help where they already work.
